2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We accept debit-card payments through our payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a refund for the canceled purchase.

3. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Opened seed packets are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.

Unopened and unused seed packets may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. We must receive and inspect returned products before a refund is issued.
