Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, seed packets must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Opened Seed Packets

Because of the nature of our products, opened seed packets are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law.

Refunds

We must receive the returned product before a refund can be issued. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let you know whether it qualifies for a refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
